1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bewtown. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bewtown platform, website, services, and all related content. Please read this document carefully as it contains important information about your rights and obligations as a user of our platform.

By accessing the bewtown website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the bewtown platform immediately.

Bewtown reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable conditions.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the bewtown platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where use of such a platform is prohibited by local law
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion from any gambling platform
• Registering in a personal capacity and not as a representative of a business entity

Bewtown reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is found that an underage user has accessed this platform, the account in question will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

3Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

When registering a bewtown account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current should any changes occur.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, bewtown reserves the right to request supporting documents including:

• A selfie with your identity document if required
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Only one account is permitted per individual. Registering multiple accounts under the same person, whether using different names or details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all existing balances.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Bewtown supports a range of trusted and secure payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including bank transfers via FPX and digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through channels protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Bewtown's withdrawal policy is as follows:

• Only one active bonus is allowed per account at any given time
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or directly converted to cash
• Abuse of promotions, including opposing bets across multiple accounts, is prohibited

• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends

6Game Rules

All games available on the bewtown platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by recognised international certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated.

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game session, bewtown will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available system records. bewtown's decision in such matters is final.

• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled unless there is a clear technical error
• Bewtown reserves the right to void games affected by technical issues and refund the wagers
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the gaming system is prohibited
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited

7Prohibited Conduct

Bewtown maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any illegal activity or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud in any form, including the use of another person's credit card or payment information
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or bonuses
• Use of bot software, automation, or artificial intelligence to play
• Share or sell your account to another party
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the operations of the bewtown platform
• Communicating in a manner that is offensive, disruptive, or threatening toward other bewtown members or staff

8Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your bewtown account login credentials. This includes your password, PIN, two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, and any other information used to access your account.

• Never share your password with anyone, including individuals claiming to be bewtown staff
• Use a strong and unique password for your bewtown account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection
• Log out of your account after using a shared device
• Notify bewtown immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

Bewtown will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence or failure to safeguard your account security information.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Bewtown reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms. Users may also voluntarily close their own account by contacting the bewtown support team.

In the event of account closure due to a violation of the Terms:

• All bonus balances will be forfeited immediately
• Valid real-money balances will be returned once the investigation is complete, subject to applicable legal requirements
• Bewtown reserves the right to withhold withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing
• Bewtown's decision regarding account closure is final

If you close your account for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion), bewtown will honour that request and ensure no marketing communications are sent to you thereafter.

10Limitation of Liability

The bewtown platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times.

• Bewtown is not responsible for any financial losses arising from the use of the platform
• Bewtown is not responsible for loss of access resulting from internet disruptions or issues with the user's device
• Bewtown's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made in the 30 days preceding the claim
• Bewtown is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Gaming involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you play at your own risk and that losses are part of the game. bewtown is not responsible for any personal financial decisions you make in connection with your use of the platform.

11Responsible Gaming
